Get your 80s workout tape vibes on and make it as challenging (or not!) as you want – the ab work comes from laughing! I have really missed making friends with strangers during the pandemic, and this was a really fun way to play with new people. As an extrovert who burns off energy through movement, this was a perfect way for me to kick off the weekend. Super fun. Highly recommend!

Rory was super knowledgeable and skilled as a choreographer, as well as very present and perceptive as a coach. He recognized my daughter’s skill level and tailored his teaching to where she was at. He was extremely supportive and really saw her and reflected that back to her. She felt really safe, supported, appreciated and able to just be herself. Rory is obviously a seasoned teacher and it showed. We highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting a positive online movement experience, to families with kiddos who like a dance party, to groups looking to connect and let loose, really to anyone at all. Thank you, Rory, you are a super special persxn, choreographer, coach. You ROCK!

EmilieJanuary 30, 2021We scheduled a private party with Rory this weekend and it was an absolute blast! He was a ball of energy from the second we logged on and had really thought out every moment of the event. Our group was made up of people aged 60-16 of all athletic abilities. He made sure every person had a great time and felt included. He provided us much needed laughs and an escape. I would highly recommend this for yourself or as part of a group. Rory is also great about working with you before the event to cater it to your event and needs. Worth it for sure.

Rory made us feel welcomed and made sure we were all engaged. Got a good work out while celebrating by friends birthday. Also enjoyed the games that were thrown into the mix. Will be joining other classes (more dancing I was told) in the future!

I came across this class with the hopes I would learn some sweet moves to casually bust out on the dance floor when the time comes to return to bars while sipping a cocktail, but instead Rory delightfully handed me my behind as my friends and I boogied down throughout the session. To allow us to catch our breath and engage in (mostly) friendly competition we did a few unexpected and delightfully silly games. Rory was very supportive of all of us in committing to the steps and even a novice like me never felt lost. Rory was a great host and teacher. I’d definitely recommend.
MorganMarch 21, 2021Rory helped me celebrate a birthday with friends around the country, and I could not have imagined any better way to do so (even outside of quarantine!). He bring such a special energy to the experience — warm, upbeat and super fun. He also made the celebration super special incorporating several surprising elements that were awesome for a birthday celebration. My friends also brought along their kiddos for part of it, and the kids loved it as well. Thank you Rory!!

I can’t think of any better way to get up and dancing than with Rory and friends! In the distant past (okay, like two years ago, tops) I used to go to Rory’s classes in person here in San Francisco and always had a great time, and rediscovered them in quarantine. Now they keep me moving and laughing and dancing at a time when any small moment of joy is absolutely precious. I’m delighted to be able to join other guests from around the world in these classes on a regular basis — look out for me if you take one on an evening or weekend since I’m almost always there. And one small hint: it’s even more fun if you put together some costumes/props/your most fabulous workout gear to really get into the spirit of it — and bring along your partners/housemates and tell your friends to join, too!

This was a brilliant class! Fun, light-hearted and a chance to work up a bit of a sweat. The exercise wasn’t too intense, and the dance was really easy to follow along, but Rory made it so interactive and fun! Definitely recommend if you are missing going out dancing with your friends right now.
This is the best fitness class I have ever been to – I worked out hard and had a smile on my face the entire time. So fun, and with encouragement to be yourself! This choreographer also works with truly some of the best talent in the biz, and has impressive experience. Even so, this class is accessible and easy to follow. Going back!

What a hoot! I came across this class with the hopes I would learn some sweet moves to casually bust out on the dance floor when the time comes to return to bars while sipping a cocktail, but instead Rory delightfully handed me my behind as my friends and I boogied down throughout the session. To allow us to catch our breath and engage in (mostly) friendly competition we did a few unexpected and delightfully silly games. Rory was very supportive of all of us in committing to the steps and even a novice like me never felt lost. Rory was a great host and teacher. I’d definitely recommend.

Wow, just wow! This was an hilarious, camp, and over the top aerobics workout. It includes costume changes, drag choreography and some awesome retro 80s pop classics. I would highly recommend this class for a group of friends or work colleagues wanting to connect and have fun. 5 stars!

My husband and I love to dance and wanted to learn something new in a fun way. My husband was a bit hesitant at first, but Rory was able to get his inner queen out! He had my husband and I dancing around the room, showing off our dance moves. It was so much fun! The hour just flew by! Rory’s dance experience was some of the most fun I’ve had all quarantine. I felt just like a quaranqueen! The tunes were dope, the costumes fab, and Rory did an amazing job welcoming every guest including special recognition for a birthday. He made the birthday girl (not me) beam with smiles — ok he made me smile a lot too. Can’t wait to do this again!

We scheduled a private party with Rory this weekend and it was an absolute blast! He was a ball of energy from the second we logged on and had really thought out every moment of the event. Our group was made up of people aged 60-16 of all athletic abilities. He made sure every person had a great time and felt included. He provided us much needed laughs and an escape. 6 girlfriends and I booked a dance session with Rory and it was so much fun, especially on a snowy afternoon. He blasted high energy music and we had lots of laughs, and we thoroughly exhausted ourselves dancing. Rory had some short games for us too, which I didn’t expect but they were really fun! This was a brilliant class! Fun, light-hearted and a chance to work up a bit of a sweat. The exercise wasn’t too intense, and the dance was really easy to follow along, but Rory made it so interactive and fun! Definitely recommend if you are missing going out dancing with your friends right now.

My husband and I love to dance and wanted to learn something new in a fun way. My husband was a bit hesitant at first, but Rory was able to get his inner queen out! He had my husband and I dancing around the room, showing off our dance moves. It was so much fun! The hour just flew by! I can’t think of any better way to get up and dancing than with Rory and friends! In the distant past (okay, like two years ago, tops) I used to go to Rory’s classes in person here in San Francisco and always had a great time, and rediscovered them in quarantine. Now they keep me moving and laughing and dancing at a time when any small moment of joy is absolutely precious. I’m delighted to be able to join other guests from around the world in these classes on a regular basis — look out for me if you take one on an evening or weekend since I’m almost always there. And one small hint: it’s even more fun if you put together some costumes/props/your most fabulous workout gear to really get into the spirit of it — and bring along your partners/housemates and tell your friends to join, too!

What a hoot! I came across this class with the hopes I would learn some sweet moves to casually bust out on the dance floor when the time comes to return to bars while sipping a cocktail, but instead Rory delightfully handed me my behind as my friends and I boogied down throughout the session. To allow us to catch our breath and engage in (mostly) friendly competition we did a few unexpected and delightfully silly games. Rory was very supportive of all of us in committing to the steps and even a novice like me never felt lost. Rory was a great host and teacher. I’d definitely recommend.

Our experience with Rory was nothing short of fabulous. I honestly almost forgot what year it was. We all had so much fun and Rory is absolutely to thank for it all. Truly it’s the most fun I’ve had since March. Rory’s positive energy is truly an antidote for the Shelter in Place Blues. I had my 70 year old mother dancing and my other friend who was actually trying to multitask while breastfeeding. Fun for the whole family.

We scheduled a private party with Rory this weekend and it was an absolute blast! He was a ball of energy from the second we logged on and had really thought out every moment of the event. Our group was made up of people aged 60-16 of all athletic abilities. He made sure every person had a great time and felt included. He provided us much needed laughs and an escape. Rory made us feel welcomed and made sure we were all engaged. Got a good work out while celebrating by friends birthday. Also enjoyed the games that were thrown into the mix. The exercise wasn’t too intense, and the dance was really easy to follow along, but Rory made it so interactive and fun! Definitely recommend if you are missing going out dancing with your friends right now.

Richard Simmons + Jane Fonda + Queer SF Rainbows + Costumes. Joy and silliness abound, and Rory transports you to a come-as-you-are dance party in the Zoom interweb ether. Get your 80s workout tape vibes on and make it as challenging (or not!) as you want – the ab work comes from laughing! I have really missed making friends with strangers during the pandemic, and this was a really fun way to play with new people. As an extrovert who burns off energy through movement, this was a perfect way for me to kick off the weekend. Super fun. Highly recommend!

Wow, just wow! This was an hilarious, camp, and over the top aerobics workout. It includes costume changes, drag choreography and some awesome retro 80s pop classics. I would highly recommend this class for a group of friends or work colleagues wanting to connect and have fun. 5 stars!

You don’t need to have rhythm because all the moves were easy and fun to follow. Loved how everything flowed. Our experience with Rory was nothing short of fabulous. I honestly almost forgot what year it was. We all had so much fun and Rory is absolutely to thank for it all. Truly it’s the most fun I’ve had since March. Rory’s positive energy is truly an antidote for the Shelter in Place Blues. I had my 70 year old mother dancing and my other friend who was actually trying to multitask while breastfeeding. Fun for the whole family.

Rory was so wonderful, so kind and so fierce! My nine-year-old kiddo took his class yesterday and had an amazing time. Rory was super knowledgeable and skilled as a choreographer, as well as very present and perceptive as a coach. He recognized my daughter’s skill level and tailored his teaching to where she was at. He was extremely supportive and really saw her and reflected that back to her. She felt really safe, supported, appreciated and able to just be herself. Rory is obviously a seasoned teacher and it showed. What a hoot! I came across this class with the hopes I would learn some sweet moves to casually bust out on the dance floor when the time comes to return to bars while sipping a cocktail, but instead Rory delightfully handed me my behind as my friends and I boogied down throughout the session. To allow us to catch our breath and engage in (mostly) friendly competition we did a few unexpected and delightfully silly games. Rory was very supportive of all of us in committing to the steps and even a novice like me never felt lost. Rory was a great host and teacher. I’d definitely recommend.

He was a ball of energy from the second we logged on and had really thought out every moment of the event. Our group was made up of people aged 60-16 of all athletic abilities. In the distant past (okay, like two years ago, tops) I used to go to Rory’s classes in person here in San Francisco and always had a great time, and rediscovered them in quarantine. Now they keep me moving and laughing and dancing at a time when any small moment of joy is absolutely precious. I’m delighted to be able to join other guests from around the world in these classes on a regular basis — look out for me if you take one on an evening or weekend since I’m almost always there. And one small hint: it’s even more fun if you put together some costumes/props/your most fabulous workout gear to really get into the spirit of it — and bring along your partners/housemates and tell your friends to join, too!

I have really missed making friends with strangers during the pandemic, and this was a really fun way to play with new people. As an extrovert who burns off energy through movement, this was a perfect way for me to kick off the weekend. Super fun. Highly recommend!

He was a ball of energy from the second we logged on and had really thought out every moment of the event. Our group was made up of people aged 60-16 of all athletic abilities. He made sure every person had a great time and felt included. He provided us much needed laughs and an escape. I would highly recommend this for yourself or as part of a group. Rory is also great about working with you before the event to cater it to your event and needs. Worth it for sure.

Wow, just wow! This was an hilarious, camp, and over the top aerobics workout. It includes costume changes, drag choreography and some awesome retro 80s pop classics. I would highly recommend this class for a group of friends or work colleagues wanting to connect and have fun. 5 stars!

Cardio Dance with Rory was super fun! And since it’s virtual I was able to do the class with one of my dear friends who lived on the other side of the country! Will definitely be back to defend my title .

My husband and I love to dance and wanted to learn something new in a fun way. My husband was a bit hesitant at first, but Rory was able to get his inner queen out! He had my husband and I dancing around the room, showing off our dance moves. It was so much fun! The hour just flew by! Coach Rory makes it suuuuuper easy to step out of your comfort zone, leave all your to-dos behind and just be in the moment enjoying good music, good company, and letting go. Our experience with Rory was nothing short of fabulous. I honestly almost forgot what year it was. We all had so much fun and Rory is absolutely to thank for it all. Truly it’s the most fun I’ve had since March. Rory’s positive energy is truly an antidote for the Shelter in Place Blues. I had my 70 year old mother dancing and my other friend who was actually trying to multitask while breastfeeding. Fun for the whole family.

Rory was amazing. Although we had some audio issues in the beginning the positive energy kept us going. The whole group loved the choreography and had a blast. You don’t need to have rhythm because all the moves were easy and fun to follow. Loved how everything flowed. Would love to do it again with friends and family. <3 Thank you for the fantastic experience.
This class was SO much fun! I joined on my own, but Rory did an amazing job of connecting everyone and making us feel like friends. It was a great way to spend an hour.
Coach Rory makes it suuuuuper easy to step out of your comfort zone, leave all your to-dos behind and just be in the moment enjoying good music, good company, and letting go. Highly recommend and you’ll walk away with a new song or two that you love. Oh, also, he’s super great at making everyone feel welcome and personalizing the experience: GREAT ENERGY.
Rory’s dance party is worth every drip of sweat! He has an awesome personality, hot dance moves and a pretty cool cape. Expect the unexpected and let Coach Rory guide you through an hour of fun.
My husband and I love to dance and wanted to learn something new in a fun way. My husband was a bit hesitant at first, but Rory was able to get his inner queen out! He had my husband and I dancing around the room, showing off our dance moves. It was so much fun! The hour just flew by! And after the class ended, my husband looked up some of the songs, played them, and kept dancing! You won’t want to miss this experience!

Rory helped me celebrate a birthday with friends around the country, and I could not have imagined any better way to do so (even outside of quarantine!). He bring such a special energy to the experience — warm, upbeat and super fun. He also made the celebration super special incorporating several surprising elements that were awesome for a birthday celebration. My friends also brought along their kiddos for part of it, and the kids loved it as well. Thank you Rory!!
Roy’s drag cardio session was so much fun! He had me dancing round my living room living my drag queen fantasy. Roy was so friendly and was interacting with us throughout, this made a great night in!
