She was so sweet and full of life. She made me, my two cousins and my son feel extra special during breakfast and lunch. I was so happy she was our server during my bday weekend! Can’t wait to go back next year!

The breakfast was fantastic. The waitress we had both days worked her tail off. She was amazing. Also, the dinner hour waitstaff was equally good. The ocean view room upgrade was really appreciated. We were in town for a family funeral and the staff accommodated our wish to see the ocean. Best bonus ever.

The Lodge offers a parking garage that is great for inclement weather. The walk to the rooms is not too far, and we were asked if we needed any help with our luggage at check in. 10.0We really enjoyed how comfortable the bed was and the fact that there was plenty of pillows for both myself and my wife. I also liked how friendly the staff was and how safe I felt during this pandemic with all the precautions in place at the hotel, which included mask requirements and social distancing. The cleanliness of the hotel was great.

9.01. No availability of a microwave anywhere. 2. If you don’t get to the pool early, you won’t get a chair because all the chairs are saved with towels. People put towels there and then don’t actually come to utilize the chairs for hours! This is a terrible practice. I liked the location of the property and the views were beautiful. It was fun that you had games available like ping pong and cornhole. We enjoyed our stay! Stayed in July 2021

We got locked out on our balcony!! The staff was awesome though, so just made for a funny memory. Beautiful resort! Friendly staff Stayed in July 2021
The only “complaint” would be I wish there had been a microwaves in the rooms. Also, There are a lot of complaints about the parking being far away. I Personally did not think it bad. You are able to park at the front desk, unload and then go park your car in the garage. Was not bad at all. The property was very nice. We were there during hurricane Sally and the staff was excellent. We did not get to enjoy the property like we had planned but the staff did their best to make sure everyone was safe and comfortable. The bunk beds were a real hit with our 2 and 7 year old! The pool was nice and shallow (perfect for my 2 year old). The beach is beautiful! The restaurant is nice with a great view… although a bit pricey. I can’t say enough about the staff. They were all so wonderful. My entire family said they can not wait to go back. Stayed in September 2020
First time in Gulf Shores
The location is wonderful, the lodge is beautiful. We loved the State Park access. The bell stand staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful.

Just a beautiful place
The view was amazing. I liked the king size bed and bunk beds, it was a good set up for a family. I liked the bike program, however, I wish they had bikes for younger kids. The staff was friendly and helpful.

n/a Parking was pretty cheap and they even offered covered parking. The hotel was insanely nice, right on the beach by the pier, the pool was awesome. They offer bikes for free based on availability and the hotel sits on gulf state park as well. Could not recommend enough. Stayed in March 2021
