SHARE :

We always say that the best updates start with listening to the users more carefully.
That’s why we focus so much on listening. Listening to the pains, frustrations, and all the little wishes our customers make.
Only then can we launch an update that eases the pains and brings the solution they need.
Dear users, please welcome WP Social Ninja 3.20.0. Our latest version is designed to make your review management easier.
Even Judge.me users can now bring their WooCommerce reviews safely without worrying about the discontinuation. We’ve also introduced some cool updates for WooCommerce review integration.
Plus, the custom review collection field got a smart makeover to keep feedback more reliable.
Of course, that’s not all. We have also added user-requested improvements to make your experience smoother than ever.
Ready to see what’s inside? Let’s explore the details together.
Secure migration from Judge.me to WP Social Ninja 3.20.0
Judge.me is officially sunsetting for WooCommerce reviews from October 31st, 2025. That means it will no longer work on any WordPress website.
After the deadline, they will remove all the data from their servers. We understand the upset and frustrations.
But rest assured. With WP Social Ninja 3.20.0, you can easily migrate your WooCommerce product reviews without losing a single data. Simply follow the steps below.
- From your Judge.me admin panel, go to Reviews
- Click Export in the top-right corner
- Select from the following options:
- Export published reviews
- Export hidden reviews
- Export archived reviews

Your reviews will be downloaded in the CSV format. Save it on your device, you’ll need it in the next step.
Now, it’s time to migrate to WP Social Ninja. Follow the steps we are going to mention below:
- Head to the Tools from WP Social Ninja dashboard and select Import.

- Then select Judge.me Reviews from the Select an Option dropdown.

- After that, upload the CSV file you’ve previously downloaded and click the Import button.

That’s it, all your reviews have been successfully imported. If you still have any questions about the migration process, try looking into the detailed Documentation for more information.
Special Note: For a successful migration, make sure the WooCommerce plugin is installed on your site and that the products you’re migrating reviews for are already listed in your store.
Collect WooCommerce reviews with Fluent Forms or the WooCommerce default form
WooCommerce provides a default review form for your products. But this default form has one big issue. It only lets you collect a star rating and a short text review. No image and nothing else.
But now you can finally go beyond that with WP Social Ninja’s Fluent Forms integration. You will be able to:
- Add custom fields like review title, photos, ratings, and more if needed.
- Collect reviews besides WooCommerce products, for example, services, subscriptions, memberships, courses, and more.
- Customize the appearance and functionality of the “Write a Review” button. You can even direct your customers to other review sites like Google or Yelp.
- Display reviews beautifully with WP Social Ninja templates, following your brand’s color and style. Everything will be under your control.
Follow our steps below to create a custom review field for WooCommerce products with WP Social Ninja and Fluent Forms integration:
- First, create a form with Fluent Forms with the necessary fields like Name, Review Title, Review Text, Image Upload, Rating, and more.
- Then, head towards the Settings &Integrations, click Configure Integrations, and select WP Social Ninja Integration from the Add New Integration drop-down.

- While setting up the integration, you’ll be asked to choose a Source. Select WooCommerce to proceed further for your custom review field.

- Now, go to WP Social Ninja, select Templates, click on the Add New Template, and choose Add Reviews Template. Then select WooCommerce from the Platforms section.

- After that, scroll down to the header section, toggle the Display Header button, and pick a Header Template. You will find a brand new header template for your WooCommerce, custom, and Fluent Forms reviews. We’ve also introduced a brand new and eye-catching Polaris template.
- Then, enable Write a Review. Under Button Source Type, select Fluent Forms shortcode ID and paste the form ID.

- Go to Products, then Edit Product in WooCommerce. Scroll to the WP Social Ninja Integration section, under Reviews Form, select Inherit from WP Social Ninja.

That’s it! You’ve successfully built your custom review field for your WooCommerce product. If you still have any confusion, feel free to check our detailed Documentation.
Special Announcement: With WP Social Ninja 3.20.0, you can now collect reviews and ratings with Fluent Forms using Social Ninja Pro only. No need to buy Fluent Forms Pro.
Sync all of your WooCommerce product reviews with WP Social Ninja
Our WooCommerce reviews feed was already simple and effective. But with this update, it just got even better.
You can now sync all of your WooCommerce product reviews manually anytime you want. On top of that, we’ve added a brand new layout customization panel for WooCommerce reviews.
This means WP Social Ninja can now be your main hub for managing all reviews. You also get full control over where the review widget appears on your product page, along with more flexibility in display settings.

After successful syncronization and template customization, your WooCommerce product reviews can be shown beautifully on your product pages. Here is an example.
