We still can’t believe we are in the last quarter of the year 2024 and have already crossed the past two years of the journey.

About the latest updates of 2024, if you’ve missed to check, here are the major changes and wins we’d love to show a glance at them:
New social feed platform- Custom TikTok feed
This was the most exciting update in WP Social Ninja’s third year! We already had popular social feeds like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, to get you great ways to connect with your audience.
After all, based on everyone’s request, we happily added one of the most hyped social media platforms – TikTok Feed. This upgrade was to give you a more flexible experience to promote your business where you can create a customizable TikTok feed and promote your brand with your engaging TikTok videos on your website.
GDPR-friendly Facebook & TikTok feed
Along with the Instagram feed, we’ve added two more GDPR-compliant feeds to ensure you enjoy an even better experience with enhanced data security and privacy.
These updates also help your website run smoother by optimizing images and saving storage space. All it takes is two simple steps: enable GDPR compliance and make sure you’ve turned on the “Optimize Image” feature for your Facebook and TikTok feeds. Easy and efficient!
Better email-report handling:
One of our key goals in this major update of this year was to make error-handling easier for our users.
While we’ve introduced this feature in past updates, we’ve taken it a step further with the latest release to improve error management for Facebook feeds, Facebook reviews, and TikTok feeds.
You’ll receive clear notifications for issues like API errors, authorization problems, or data deletion. It not only makes your content stays up-to-date and error-free, also helps you quickly detect and fix any issues smoothly and efficiently.
Improvement in UX:
We’ve made managing your Facebook and TikTok feeds easier than ever this year! You can quickly spot and resolve issues like broken images or loading problems, with clear error messages right in your dashboard.
After improving the Instagram feed UX, we’ve upgraded the experience for Facebook and TikTok feeds too. Admins can view detailed error reports, and you’ll get reminders to reconnect your TikTok feed when needed.
Introduced API migration in Tripadvisor configuration:
Next, we’ve upgraded how you connect Tripadvisor reviews for a smoother and more secure experience. Now, instead of using the business URL, simply enter your API key and Place ID for easy integration.
What was the purpose? It was to boost security, reduce the scraping risks, and to make sure your reviews are fetched accurately and reliably. Plus, the process has been much simpler, without the old hassle of copying the business URL.
Upgradation in fetching Yelp reviews:
For Yelp reviews, we wanted to get you some good news. We knew you had some limitations in fetching the Yelp reviews due to Yelp’s API limits.
But what we extended in the upgrade this year, our plugin caches new reviews locally on your site, which will let you display even more of your latest Yelp feedback.

Ninjas at WordPress and family events
While we are celebrating with WP Social Ninja’s third anniversary, we love to recall the memories what we had in 2024, keeping our all busy schedules aside.
We try to attend the WordCamps every year, where we get the chance to meet WordPress communities, share ideas and collaborate with other brands. And this year also was no different!
WordCamp Sylhet
On May 10-11, our Ninjas had a great time at WordCamp Sylhet, a vibrant gathering of local WordPress communities. Companies like AuthLab, GoDaddy, Bluehost, Jetpack, and others joined in the fun.
Participants engaged in various activities, including sessions, quizzes, and games. These interactive sessions sparked lively discussions and provided a wonderful opportunity to share knowledge and exchange fresh ideas with fellow WordPress lovers. It was an enriching experience for everyone involved!
WordCamp Asia
At WordCamp Asia (which was on March, 2024), our team of Ninjas had an incredible day filled with learning and networking. We learned a lot from the speakers and met many passionate people, sparking new ideas and exciting collaborations.
The excitement and passion made it an unforgettable experience, especially strengthening our bond with the community.
WordCamp Europe
If we talk about WordCamp Europe, we have so much to share. It was another day for us to be engaged in thought-provoking sessions and share our passion for WordPress with like-minded individuals.
Our Annual General Metting
Like every year, we put a lot of heart into planning this year’s AGM, and it truly felt like a family reunion for our Ninjas. We celebrated our successes, enjoyed cultural festivities, and participated in insightful sessions about our upcoming plans.
These events are like a wonderful opportunity to deepen our connections and embrace the excitement of what lies ahead!
Cultural night
On the second day of AGM, we brought the celebration to life with a colorful cultural night. After a productive meeting, the team jumped into fun activities, a lots of joyful and unexpected moments.
The highlight of the evening was the musical performances, where our Ninjas showed off their talent and energy, making it a night to remember!
