There was not really anything I did not like! This was our first time ever being in gulf shores I loved the location and being able to walk to the beach Stayed in July 2020
lack of awareness of covid19 concern for elevator traffic, wear a mask to safeguard yourself Location on the beach and reduced traffic from public access made the experience delightful. The dinner service for Foodcraft restaurant was spectacular. Recommend the Asiago crusted grouper, wife had the seared diver scallops... Stayed in July 2020
The parking lot , it would be nice if you could at least pull all the way around to where your rooms are so u could load and unload Beautiful property and peaceful, the food in the restaurant was wonderful , I highly recommend breakfast there. Stayed in July 2020

love being on the beach. wish the app said if the balcony was on lake side or beach side bc when I booked I thought it was beach and it wasn’t and I didn’t want to pay the $40 extra to switch to beach after the fact.
The breakfast was fantastic. The waitress we had both days worked her tail off. She was amazing. Also, the dinner hour waitstaff was equally good. The ocean view room upgrade was really appreciated. We were in town for a family funeral and the staff accommodated our wish to see the ocean. Best bonus ever.

The only thing I did not like is how far we had to park vehicles. Made for long walk to come and go at night. I loved the convenience of the beach right there and all the amenities the resort had! Great place for families. Loved the balcony view. Each side had a pretty view, one side beach one side lake and state park. Stayed in July 2020

The view was amazing. I liked the king size bed and bunk beds, it was a good set up for a family. I liked the bike program, however, I wish they had bikes for younger kids. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I liked that we could access the beach right from the hotel. The restaurant food was great. The walk in the state park was nice. We liked the Ping pong, cornhole, connect four and Jenga near the pool area.
