WP Social Ninja 4.3.0: Reliable Platform Connections, One-Click Review Hub Setup, FluentCRM Automation & More
You’ve told us that reconnecting a platform account feels like starting over. You’ve also told us that setting up a review hub for WooCommerce or FluentCart takes too many manual steps. WP Social Ninja 4.3.0 fixes both.
We rebuilt how the plugin connects to Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. We also added a one-click setup for WooCommerce and FluentCart review hubs. And we built a new way to turn approved reviews into FluentCRM automations. Here’s what’s new in this release.
Connect your platforms once, and stay connected

This release replaces the old per-platform OAuth flow with a single, centralized connection bridge for Google Reviews, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. Instead of juggling separate redirect flows for each platform, WP Social Ninja now routes every connection through one hardened bridge service.
That means fewer failed connections and fewer surprise disconnects, no matter which platform you’re connecting. We also now encrypt stored YouTube API keys at rest, so your credentials stay protected.
- One connection bridge for Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Hardened, per-site token refresh
- Encrypted YouTube API keys at rest
Set up your review hub in one click

Turning WP Social Ninja into your store’s main review hub used to take four separate steps: create a review form, create a display template, connect the template’s “Write a Review” button to that form, and turn on the main review hub setting. Quick Setup does all of that in a single click, for both WooCommerce and FluentCart. This is a Pro feature.
Quick Setup is for store owners who want reviews collecting right away, without learning the plugin’s full configuration first. Your existing manual setup path still works if you want more control over each step.
- Creates a review form automatically
- Builds a matching display template
- Wires the “Write a Review” button to the new form
- Turns on WP Social Ninja as your main review hub
Automate review follow-ups with FluentCRM

When a WooCommerce or FluentCart product review gets approved, WP Social Ninja can now tag the reviewer’s FluentCRM contact automatically. Find the new FluentCRM Review Tagging card under Reviews → Settings → Global Review Settings. Turn on Enable Review Tagging, then pick which tag gets applied. It defaults to review_submitted, and the dropdown pulls in your existing FluentCRM tags, so there’s no risk of a typo. This is a Pro feature.
That tag is the missing piece for FluentCRM automations. Build a funnel that asks for a review after an order, checks whether the contact has the tag, and rewards reviewers with a coupon while gently reminding everyone else. WP Social Ninja handles the review side. FluentCRM handles the rest.
- New “FluentCRM Review Tagging” card in Reviews → Settings → Global Review Settings
- One toggle to turn review tagging on or off
- A tag name field that pulls in your real FluentCRM tags, defaulting to
review_submitted - Tag applies automatically the moment a review gets approved
- Works for both WooCommerce and FluentCart reviews
- Requires FluentCRM and WP Social Ninja Pro active alongside WooCommerce or FluentCart
New to building automations in FluentCRM? Their documentation walks you through creating a funnel, so you can pair it with this new review tag to ask for reviews and reward the customers who leave one.
Give every WhatsApp chat the right context

A visitor messages you on WhatsApp from a product page, and all you see is a blank chat. You don’t know which product, which price, or what they’re actually asking about, so the conversation starts with you asking questions instead of answering them.
Prefilled Message fixes that. Turn it on, then choose a format for what gets added to the chat automatically: page title and link, WooCommerce product details, or FluentCart product details. Every chat now opens with the context your team needs to reply immediately.

Want to write your own template instead? Switch to Custom format and build the message yourself using placeholders for the product title, price, SKU, stock, URL, page title, and page URL. A shopper browsing a $49 hoodie now opens WhatsApp with a message that already says so, instead of a blank box.
- Prefilled Message toggle turns the feature on or off per widget
- Choose None, Page title and link, WooCommerce product details, or FluentCart product details
- Or pick Custom format and write your own message template
- Placeholders:
{page_title},{page_url},{product_title},{product_price},{product_sku},{product_stock},{product_url}
